Hi,I recently restored my computer to it's factory settings (using XP) and when I went to re-create my email address in Outlook Express, I clicked on Outlook Express in the start menu and this error came up:Identity Switch Cancelled.The current identity could not be changed because one of the applications was unable to switch. Close any open dialog boxes in other applications before trying again.Because I have many important emails backed up in Outlook Express, I purchase Office 2010 in the hopes that I could upgrade from Outlook Express to Outlook. However, when I went through the setup wizard, the same error message popped up and I couldn't upgrade.Does anyone know of a fix for this error, or do I even need to worry about it if I simply install Outlook 2010? Will I still be able to access my Outlook Express email in Outlook 2010?Cheers,Jason
